GENERAL RULES FOR STUDENTS
Always converse in English with your teachers, friends and classmates.
Wear proper school uniform with pride.
Take advantage of every opportunity to learn.
Not take part in unacceptable behaviour such as swearing, abusive language, spitting, fighting, littering and damaging the school property.
Show respect for your physical well-being by taking care of self.
Show pride in your school and present a good image especially by being at your best behaviour when in public and particularly on your way to and from school.
Speak positively of your school and your teachers. Co-operate with all the staff members.
Show school spirit by participating in the school activities.
Read or listen to messages sent by the school and do as instructed.
Move quickly and quietly from class to class avoiding unnecessary disturbance. Be on time for all classes.
Bring correct textbooks for all the periods. Stay in your place during the class.
Not leave the school without the written permission of parents and the Principal.
MAKE FULL USE OF THE LIBRARY. Maintain silence in the library at all times.
Keep off verandahs, stairwells and other rooms before the school starts and during the recess. Keep your classroom, school & environment clean and tidy.
Make the necessary arrangements to stay back after school hours to participate in academic, sports and co-curricular activities whenever required.
Respect the school property and report immediately any damage to the school property. Not bring objectionable books, magazines or periodicals to the school.
Not bring mobile phones, toys, fancy things and electronic gadgets.
Children are not allowed to wear watches (till class III) or other valuable jewellery etc. to the school. Not meet any visitors in the school without the written permission of the Principal.
Not use unfair means during the tests. Such improper conduct is unworthy of a good student and can
Lead to severe penalty.
Show courtesy and respect at all times.
Accept the authority, right to give instructions of the teachers and allow suitable correction to those who break the school rules.
Come to class on time and bring all the necessary material with you.
Complete the work carefully and on time.
Listen attentively when teachers or other students are speaking. Indicate your desire to contribute by raising your hand.
Avoid any distracting behavior during the lessons.
Stay in your place and not pack up at the end of the lesson until directed by your teacher. Cooperate with the Class Monitor in maintaining proper order and discipline
- During change of periods.
- When the teacher happens to be absent or late.
Wait patiently for your turn to ask/answer the questions, do not call out in class.
The Members of the School Community especially your fellow students expect that you will...
Not interfere with their person by bullying or violence.
Not detract from their good name by insulting or spreading rumours.
Not interfere with their chances to learn by disrupting the classroom environment.
Not take and spoil things belonging to others. Speak to them with courtesy and respect.
Be responsible for your actions and accept the consequences of the same.
